Description

HND/BTech (or equivalent) in Civil/Construction Engineering (or +15 years hands-on experience of managing road contracting crews) At least 10-15 yrs experience in asphalt works and minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in road contracting operations. Good Communication skills in English (Arabic, Hindi or Tagalog speaking will be an added advantage). Team Player and People Manager / Developer. Intimate Knowledge of asphalt and Road base contracting & laying operations. Understanding of various conditions of contract. Understanding of Client and Contractor Relationships. Up to date knowledge of Highway / Asphalt specifications. Knowledge of Surveying and Modern survey Equipment.
